The CVPCA hosts several fun events per year from Earth Day Cleanup to Rockin' Block Party to Turkey Trot and many more.
All are welcome and we would love to see you there.
Halloween Parade
The end of October, from 4:00 to 6:00 pm, is the time when the neighborhood children get excited to gather tremendous amounts of Halloween treats and show off their imaginative costumes. What a treat for the adults!
Community Meetings
Community Meetings are held twice a year
in May and November
at 7:30 pm via Zoom.
Earth Day
'Earth Day Cleanup' takes place on the Saturday prior to Earth Day, which is always on April 22nd. An astonishing amount of recyclables and trash ins collected every year. Afterwards the CVP neighborhood looks spotless. :)
Flea Market
Every year around May 20, we hold our Flea Market from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Many neighbors appreciate the opportunity to find treasures in somebody else's give-aways.
Progressive Dinner
The annual Progressive Dinner is set to the 1st Saturday in June. This is such a wonderful opportunity to get to know your neighbors and see neighboring houses not only from the outside.
This is a very popular event.
Rockin' Block Party
Fun and games attract many neighbors big and small. Pizza, Potluck, Music, and more have this event grow a little bigger every year! Held yearly at the end of September between 3:00 and 6:00 pm.

Turkey Trot
Many enthusiastic runners join the 5K run on Thanksgiving Day each year.
They don't even mind getting up early, be there at
8:00 am, race starts at 9:00.
